Our role is to locate, screen and recruit suitable people with the right skills and attitudes from all over the world and within New Zealand. We offer a value-for-money service to farmers, while providing good remuneration and excellent opportunities for the right employees.

We advise and support employees in obtaining work visas and permits, with accredited Good Employers. On arriving in the South Island, we provide two weeks of free board and lodging during orientation and training. Ongoing support is also provided through personal contact, training days and evaluation.
