Cesar Murga "I was planning to come to New Zealand, I tried to apply in some other agency's but I had no luck until I heard about Greener Horizons Workforce. I passed the interview and know I am here in New Zealand.
Greener Horizons Workforce provided me with education and accommodation for 1 week before taking me to my good employer.
Dairy farming is a hard and tough job, there is a lot of long hours worked.
There is also a lot of opportunities in dairy farming, this will be better for my future.
I am working on Jurrasic Farm and have been since August 2008, my employer Roland and Moyra Boersen are very kind and supportive to us on the farm.
Our farm has 60 bale rotary shed and 800 cows"

Cesar Murga "It is great to work with the team Greener Horizons Workforce Ltd. They facilitated us on our work visa application up to the time we arrived here in New Zealand.
They provided us with good hotel accommodation and continuous series of training to enhance our knowledge and understanding on dairy farming. They also provided us with a good compensation package such as bonuses and overtime pay.
I am working in Jurrassic Farms, and have done for 6 months, we have a 60 rotary bail shed with 800 heads owned by Roland and Moira Beorsen who are very supportive of us. The weather and the long hours of work can be very tough but it's very rewarding.
Through the effort of Greener Horizons, who continuously facilitate our training's, they have opened a lot of opportunities and a great future ahead for us."

Cesar Murga "I come to work in nz dairy farm through other agency. When I transferred to a new farm/ employer, my new prospect employer recommended GHW to process my variation of conditions of my work permit, as accordingly to them GHW looks after the general welfare and improvement of their clients / workers in a regular basis. I finally decided to agree with them after reviewing the GHW contract . I find it fair to both employee and employer. GHW aims really to protect and guides employee towards better future."
